FOSS4G India 2015 was held at Indian Institute of Remote Sensing – Dehradun, during 8th to 10th June. I got an opportunity to present a paper, also to be connected with many resourceful people. Thanks to OSGeo India, to arrange such a wonderful event. Thanks also go to Ravikumar sir (OSGeo-India) who took my pics, while I present my paper. Thanks to Venkatesh Raghavan sir (Osaka City University), who personally awarded me a priceless gift as a token of rememberance during our first meet up. Can’t forget H K Solanki sir (NIRD), with whom I could explore Dehradun during my stay. Met Bharath Setturu again long after I left IISc, who came with his wife, also with a plan to explore the popular Himalayan destinations together. Also met Anand Kumar – a new GIS enthusiast from Thiruvananthapuram. 🙂
